Good to know

What is meze?

Meze (also spelled mezze) are small dishes served across the Eastern Mediterranean, from Greece and Turkey to the Levant. They are meant to be shared: a spread of dips, salads, pastries and grilled bites that arrives in the middle of the table and keeps the conversation going.

A good way to start is the Meze Sampler, which brings hummus, babaganoush, dolmades, tzatziki and shakshuka together on one plate.
